Thank you so much for choosing The Pregnancy Center of Dillon County. We are so grateful to be able to help you. **Please arrive 15 minutes early** for your first appointment in order to fill out a new patient intake form. 

> **If you are coming for your first appointment**, please bring a photo ID and insurance card (if available). For all ultrasound appointments, please drink 16oz of water prior to the appointment.
